Radiologic Technologists use CT Scans, and other imagining technology to perform diagnostic imaging exams on patient. Radiologic Technologists perform diagnostic imagining examinations, such as x-rays on patients. Radiologic Technologists operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to create diagnostic.
EDUCATION
You need your associates degree in order to qualify for this job. Some good schools that a person might want to attend for this specific job might be Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Wayward W Ronald Rad Tech Program, or CVPH Medical School of Radiologic Technology, or Douglas Osborn Radiologist. Radiologic Technologist must be licensed or certified in some states: if required. To become licensed technologists you must have graduated from an accredited program and must pass a certification exam from the state or from the american registry of Radiologic Technologist, important qualities that they should have is detail oriented interpersonal skills, math skills, physical stamina, and technical skills.
